B) Certificate in Management
The Level B Certificate in Management program comprehensively covers the full range of responsibilities for a first or second line manager. The course has a total of 12 modules to complete, 10 core and 2 electives (chosen from 5 available). There are 160 Guided learning hours consisting of 80 module hours plus 80 project based and other development hours in the program.
